I have one observation to make. I personally think FON is a great idea and eventually it has the potential to be part of many people’s daily life. In oder to reach that stage, customer service is no doubt a very key element of success. Unfortunately I am not seeing that is a feature of FON and in truth it is a big draw back, I have emailed your CS for help and now I have waited for 3 days, nothing happened but an auto- reply.

I do heope that some more attention and resources can be allocated to bring the customer service up to speed. FON will go no where if this cannot be fixed.
