That’s really cool !!
I do hope that once the LISI (The “yet another” Spanish law for the development of the Information Society) has been approved by the Spanish Congress, then it will be possible for ONG’s and regional administrations to deploy free internet access without legal restrictions or threats. Then it will be possible for the “FONERAS” to be massively deployed and change the way we pay to get access to internet services.
As far as I have seen some proposals for the LISI do enable ONG’s to provide Internet access without restrictions provided it is free to consumers. Let’s do hope they will get through.
