This is another example .It won’t happen in Asia because Asian culture emphasis on “practical”
The shape in a heart cannot “Utilize” the Full area of the traffic light….

killy-the-frog, the movie shown the traffic light in Paris. The RED light is a shape of a HEART.

I live in Le Marais (am not gay) and have the photo. Many red trafic lights are transformed into hearts lately in Paris, with black tape.
