Today I spoke at SIME in the session called “Meeting of minds: the Real New Things – sizzling without hot air”.
The rest of the panelists were Carlos Bhola, Managing Partner of Celsius Capital, Thomas Madsen-Mygdal, entrepreneur and founder Reboot conference and Alexander Bard, pop star (Army of Lovers, Bodies Without Organs), producer and writer. Moderator was Thomas Crampton, from the International Herald Tribune.

Thanks Martin and Guido for posting videos and pics from SIME. It is great to be able to re-create this wonderful conference, and it helps me when I write doen all my notes and to do lsita with the ideas generated during SIME.
There was a panel on What is the media business in 2010, where everybody were very confused. Well, I am also confused, but it is clear to me that there is a big value in user-generated content like these videos, blogs and pictures, and that it does not kill the need for professional journalists and photographers and branded media channels. On the contrary, it should mean a valuable complement and a boost for professionals.
