Soon many Dutch customers of KPN will be able to roam in Fon&#8217;s 7.8 million hotspots around the world for free and Foneros (Fon members) will be able to do so in the Netherlands.\u00a0 Personally I can&#8217;t wait to go to Amsterdam, one of my favorite cities in the world and connect to Fon everywhere.\u00a0 For those currently in our network (including our telco partners&#8217; subscribers at <a href=\"https:\/\/english.martinvarsavsky.net\/fon\/fon-partners-with-belgacom.html\">Belgacom<\/a> in Belgium, <a href=\"https:\/\/english.martinvarsavsky.net\/fon\/introducing-the-bt-fon-community.html\">BT<\/a> in the UK, <a href=\"https:\/\/english.martinvarsavsky.net\/fon\/fon-has-already-reached-20000-hotspots-in-moscow.html\">MTS<\/a> in Russia, <a href=\"https:\/\/english.martinvarsavsky.net\/fon\/fon-launches-in-brazil-together-with-our-partner-oi.html\">Oi<\/a> in Brazil, <a href=\"https:\/\/english.martinvarsavsky.net\/fon\/netia-is-fons-newest-partner.html\">Netia<\/a> in Poland, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfr.fr\/\">SFR<\/a> in France, <a href=\"https:\/\/english.martinvarsavsky.net\/fon\/fon-has-decided-to-open-our-wifi-network-in-japan-to-all-for-free.html\">SoftBank<\/a> in Japan and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zon.pt\/net\/wifi-gratis\/Pages\/default.aspx\">ZON<\/a> in Portugal),\u00a0\u00a0it will provide them with more WiFi access in the Netherlands, one of the most advanced economies in the world.\u00a0 I take the opportunity with this announcement to thank the early Foneros of the Netherlands who have been helping the Fon community grow since 2006 and to the teams at KPN and Fon who are working so hard to make this happen.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first of several deals we will announce in 2013.
