Snow Leopard: the way Apple moves makes Microsoft look awkward
I just upgraded to Snow Leopard and it is basically Leopard that runs faster. It is as if you had a BMW 320i and for $29 you get a BMW 325i. Now Microsoft is another story. Microsoft jolts you when they upgrade you. To me the change from XP to Vista was as if you had a Vokswagen Golf and Microsoft gave you a Chrysler Mini Van, regardless of whether you had a family or not, some people loved it, many did not and just wanted to go on driving their Golf. There´s nothing new to report in Snow Leopard, same great driving, just a little faster. As they say, if it ain´t broke, don´t fix it.

true, I haven´t, so what car is a windows 7?

Well, Windows 7 is not so bad – to be honest. But no comparison to OSX Leopard. I´ve seen a lot of tech guys switching to Mac recently. But I never got to know anyone switching from Mac back to Windows..

Thanks

Take your time to dive into the detailed SL review published by Ars Technica, you’ll see thata there are more changes than you would tell at first glance, and even a couple of things that got broken on the way

@Erik Huisman A Toyota is a good option, cheap and reliable as ubuntu, but too mass market and easy to use. And the Prius is not cheap and not that economical too, unless you only use it in the city.
I suggest this Lotus, cheap when compared to other sport cars, faster than a Golf, but you need a good driver to extract all of its potential since it can be quite tricky to drive it. Very flexible too: tri-fuel… Not as confortable as BMWs and not as fast as the best BMWs, but Lotus performance x price relation is very good!

And windows 7? Never drived, I mean, tried it…

#8 Carlos. You should try NeoOffice (based on OpenOffice but improved with some Mac osX features).
Is Windows 7 really as good as many people say? For all those I know that have tried it they say that it is nearly as good and fast as XP, so if it was a car maybe it would be a VW Polo (been XP a VW Golf)

@Alex Or a VW Scirocco, basically a Golf with a facelift.
