		<description>Fon has proof that is not the fonero who is liable.  We have not had a single case like this one in 2 years that has resulted in problems for the fonero.</description>

		<description>And so what happens if an anonymous user sends a malicious email and the owner of the hotspot is blamed?  This shows that Fon has not been listening to users who objected to the 15 free minutes and moved their routers into the lake.  At least Foneros should be able to choose whether they want unauthenticated aliens to connect through their hotspots.</description>
