Martin, apparently FON did not consult Google before the buy, but is prepared to speak to Google.
Fon could consider to talk with Google about setting up a new Google service, called something like GoogleDisk.
And use that instead of abusing a mailsystem.

Above thoughts weighed, I would say it's a strange jump that FON made here, and I can't pinpoint the true reason, if any. Maybe FON has a constant need for positive publicity, which would be better served if the papers would write that it was FON that managed to convince Google to setup GoogleDisk !!

Freddy,

We know this and our plan is to speak to Google and then decide what to do. ToU like all rules are made for a reason and that is to prevent abuse. But we believe that Gspace by migrating documents normally stored in my documents with Microsoft to Google is doing something that benefits Google making Google more sticky. But should Google, who btw are our partners at FON, oppose this, which of course they can, we will then make the extension work with the FON Liberator alone or with Yahoo or www.box.net or all the other document storage companies who give free storage.
